From the 1960s, drummer Hiroshi Yamazaki and bassist Nobuyoshi Ino played with many jazz musicians, from standards to freeform improvisation. True pioneers, Tryangle is their unit, to which they invite guest musicians such as Otomo Yoshihide, Takayuki Kato and many others. On this live recording from March 2022, they invited sax player Eiichi Hayashi, on a captivating recording. Japanese jazz improv at its best.
