Gang Dogeun was born in Namwon city in 1918 and died in 1996. He was the leader of Namwon's pansori, studying under many of the masters. His husky voice is considered to be the essence of the Dongpyeonje style. He was designated a National Intangible Cultural Heritage for pansori in 1988. Includes full versions from classics such as Heungboga and Sugungga.
