One of the leading shakuhachi players in Japan, Kifu Mitsuhashi studied kinko school and classical honkyoku. He has won many awards over the years and performed around the world. This is a superb recording of classical honkyoku shakuhachi repertoire. It's both beautifully performed and recorded.
