On July 7-8 2012, Ryuichi Sakamoto organized No-Nukes 2012 at the Makuhari Messe Convention centre in Chiba. 18 groups performed including Yellow Magic Orchestra and Kraftwerk, the first time the two pioneering electronic groups have performed on the same bill. YMO covered Kraftwerk's Radioactivity, which they sung in English, while Kraftwerk performed their version in Japanese.
