Niagara Concert '83 was the final live concert at the Seibu stadium in Saitama on July 24th 1983, and the last 'All Night Nippon Super Fes '83 / Asahi Beer Live Jam. CD1 features all sixteen songs performed by Eiichi Ohtaki, some with Niagara Fall of Sound Orchestral. CD2 is of various live tracks by Eiichi Ohtaki, some dating back to his school days and these are thought to be his earliest recordings. The DVD is the first time that the film The First Niagara Tour of 1977 has been issued onto DVD.
