Group formed in 1991 by former kodo member Jiro Murayama, and shinobue player, a traditional bamboo flute. Shinobue, plus the taiko of Shuichi Hadano, also ex-Kodo, are accompanied by guitar, bass, keyboards, percussion and drums in early 90s Japanese roots music / jazz crossover. Superb musicianship on album released in 1991, a time when Japanese roots music was going through quite a metamorphis with exciting updates.
