Solo work of Koheysai Kawamura, musician and illustrator, of Taikuh Jikang, his Indonesian gamelan project. Kawamura has worked with artists including Ikue Asazaki, Haruomi Hosono, Yoshimi (Boredoms) and performed at Fuji Rock and many other festivals. He spent one year in Bali, to study the music of Shadow Puppet Theatre, and made this recording while in Bali. Not just Balinese gamelan but Ethiopian and Japanese influences, sung in Waleke, his own made-up language. 58 minutes total, artwork by Kawamura.
