New title. The Yaozu (Yao Tribe) who are scattered all over southeast Asia to southern China have continuously developed their own culture in these various areas. They vary from those that are known for their propogation of tea, to Baiku-Yaozu who have their own ceremony music. Their unique playing style, where one gong player spreads the sound of the other with his gong resonating, is not found elsewhere. Also includes performances of the horn, bamboo drums and 'whisper songs' like that of the Ainu. Recorded in 2004.
